Time Travelling to Different Time Zones

I used to be a young, self-righteous, close-minded jerk. Now I’m a middle-aged self-righteous, close-minded jerk. I thought I changed for the better. I felt that I was above what I thought was morally wrong. I am more ethically right. More open-minded. No. I am SO not that. I seem have a love-hate relationship with myself.
Now, armed with that knowledge, what do I do next? I want to change, but into what? What values or character traits do I want to have? To whom do I look to? Yes. Answering those questions will be the next step.
Great men in the past. Gandhi, de Vinci, Buddha, Jesus, Rizal, Franklin, Mohammed. Great men of the present. Covey, Kennedy, Drucker, Chopra, Dalai Lama, Aquino. What do they all have in common that I want to integrate? Should I just follow one? An amalgamtion of all?
All these men are in the past and present. What of the future? Fuck. Hell, if I know. It’s pretty much unknown. It could be a good or bad deal for me.
It’s a long road into the fog. You never know what’s on the other side.

Yes. It seems to be pretty much univer-fucking-sal. Yet, here we are, going all around like ants working ourselves to freaking death when we need to focus on the more important matters in life.

They pretty much hit their climax during those years. Yeah, I wish we could travel back in time and be in the presence of their rock and roll greatness.
